I am a UX & Service Designer with 18 years of work experience. I am currently located in Hamburg, Germany.
As a passionate and innovative problem solver, I thrive on creating user-centered digital experiences that bridge the gap between user needs and business goals.
I have a background in sound design and brand development and my expertise spans from working with global companies to startups, allowing me to deliver intuitive, efficient, scalable and joyfull solutions.

I develop UX strategies that helps to create an engaging and longtime cohesive experience at every phase along the customer journey and ensures that user needs, business goals and capabilities are aligned and provides a clear direction to all team members, starting with a clear vision.
- Understand the strategies above you on the org chart. Translate and adapt them.
- Find the business goal that matters most.
- Investigate the company, the user and the market to uncover obstacles to the goal.
- Present a vision and strategy that aimes achieving this business goal.
- Define measurable sub-goals and KPIs. Define how to track the ongoing progress towards your business objectives.
- Write a plan how to continuously and iteratively achieve these goals. Iterate untill these goals are achieved.
