We start with the question that decides the project. Together we write down what we are assuming, sort it by what it costs us to be wrong, and pick the one assumption worth testing first. Everything after this serves that question.
You have an idea and a rough sense of the product. Before a line of code is written, we name the riskiest assumption, design the path a user would really take, and put it in front of real people.
“Is this worth building? What do we build first? What if we are wrong?”
Building is the most expensive way to find out. In a few focused weeks the idea becomes something people can actually use — and their behaviour answers the question instead of the loudest voice in the room.
We start with the question that decides the project. Together we write down what we are assuming, sort it by what it costs us to be wrong, and pick the one assumption worth testing first. Everything after this serves that question.
Then we design the path a user would really take — not every screen, only the ones that carry the risk. Low fidelity where that is enough, pixel-accurate where it has to feel real. The result is clickable and testable.
Five to seven people use the prototype while we watch. Where they hesitate tells us more than any survey would. You leave with evidence for the build, a list of what to change — or the cheapest possible no.
A few focused weeks turn a proposal into something people have actually used. You get the evidence, the prototype and a clear next step.
